The city of Oyigbo LGA in Rivers State, this morning experienced a very tragic incident as a man falls of a two storey building and died instantly. According to an eye witness whom identity can't be made known, he said the deceased only came out for fresh air, which could be he mistakenly fell off the Balcony which led to his death.
